Explanation:
- EXP is calculated based on the total bets made since joining (bet Rp 1 → earn 1 EXP).
- To level up VIP, the total bets must reach a certain EXP Target.
- After reaching a certain level, players are required to maintain EXP within 30 days from leveling up.
- If the VIP maintenance fails, the player will be downgraded and subjected to EXP deduction as specified.
